Being part of the Canberra City Stallions Basketball Club has helped me to develop and learn new skills. I have learnt how to communicate effectively and appropriately with different age groups, learnt many different ways to stay organised and on top of my work, and I have discovered how important it is to be as helpful, approachable and as friendly as you can to in order to maintain a wonderful relationship with families, players and sponsors. Being on board with this club has really helped me to develop not only my graphic design skills, but also my communication skills.

Every day I continue to learn, grow and develop new skills whether it is related to design, communication, or who I am as a person. My skills I have developed have come from not only my university degree, but from personal life experiences, work and my family and friends who have helped shape the person I am today. I am a hard worker, very approachable and easy to talk to. I am always showing determination and enthusiasm with every task at hand, and always willing to accept and appreciate people’s thoughts and opinions.
